Needed a delivery urgently so organised a Parcel Force 24 guaranteed next day Saturday delivery, which cost £25. Package collected 1PM on Friday, by 5PM tracking system lists status as on route to hub and expected delivery date the following day. And then .... nothing. Package doesn't turn up on Saturday. I miss my train and have to cancel several days of my trip (Monday was a public holiday). By Tuesday, still no sign of the package. Eventually get an email saying it will arrive by 5PM that day (it never does). Call their phone line and only get to speak to someone by selecting the request redelivery option. They tell me the package has been delayed and won't arrive before Wednesday at the earliest.
