Parcel Force, late delivery, with free disapointment (Parcelforce)

Disadvantages: bad customer service, bad delvery times, promises not kept.

parcel force, are, put lightly, useless, compared to other delivery services, they fall short on every step. i was recently sent a parcel from a friend, using parcel force 48H delivery, they neglected to collect the parcel on Wednesday as they said, but on Thursday, and as such, promised a 24H delivery free of charge to compensate for there mistake, but, low and behold, no delivery on Friday so now i must wait until Monday for my item, 5 days that will make in total, i cannot get in touch with the depot, or a real person for that matter due to there terrible automated answer service. i can safely say, i will never be using parcel force again. and now i feel inclined to complain till i am red in the face, and get the £5 i spent back at all costs.

Summary: in general the worst delivery service available.
