I have ordered a cd player from ebay with parcel force delivery,but i never got it.I phoned parcel force,they sayed its aready been delivered and they gave to my neighbour(my neighbour dont know about it),so i keep phoning to parcel force to do something about it,they alawys saying,that they gonna get back to me but they never do....
What can i do now?Where can i complain?Or i lost the money,nothing to do about it?I have no idea how this thing works im not a citizen in this country and my english also not the best.Please if somebody can help me..

The idea of sites like this is to write reviews and it should not be used as a forum. Your best bet would be to keep trying to telephone or to ask the sender of the parcel for proof of posting.
