Total waste of time, they damage so much and have no customere service people to contact, they are a disgrace! We are a big user and are going to be changing to Interlink very soon. My advice to anyone thinking of using parcelforce DON'T! you may as well flush cash down the toilet and give in, to sumarise some points

No customer Service
No one cares at Parcelforce
Claiming for damages is a waste of time
Customers are put off when you use Parcelforce
