First time Customer - last time customer.

Wanted a 48hr service, dropped off 29/10 for Delivery 31/10

Post Office passed it on 29/10, no sign of it then until 1/10 at 8:17pm....then it shows up on the tracking system.

48hrs on from then, and 144hrs on from when it should have arrived it's still sat in the Coventry depot...just up the road.

Customer Service ? A Joke. When there was no sign of my parcel being scanned in anywhere they accused the Post Office of not passing it on, my post office showed me a form that proved the Parcel had moved on.

I rang the Post OFfice Customer Service who put me through to parcel force, who told me to go to the post office, who told me to phone the depot who told me they just pass the parcel to parcel force - they don't care they just pass you round.

I hope my parcel turns up it's early days compared to some on here. If i can i'm going to Coventry Depot on monday. Taking it back and using an alternative.
