Diabolical! I have yet to have a delivery work through Parcelforce. They never deliver when you are in, and invariably one has to resort to phoning their appalling customer service line, which will result in further bungling ranging from redelivery on the wrong day, not at all, or as in my last case, the parcel going missing.

Try tracking a parcel! How can the computer know where it is when their staff haven't even got a clue?

This company will send you to an early grave. I warn you all: AVOID PARCELFORCE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Do NOT buy from any company that use this service!

Summary: Atrocious company that ought to have gone bust long ago!
