What can I say?

Parcelfarce, sums it up. I ordered a large amount of stuff from the USA and it got here within 6 days. When I say 'here' I mean as far as Coventry.

I tracked it through Customs, and onto the truck.

I am in Sheffield...the parcel went to York!

From York it's now gone to Coventry (deja vu) and now they are telling me that it will not be on a truck to Rotherham (my local depot) for 2 and a half days!!!

THAT'S PF48!

Parcelforce truly is a national disgrace...

It would be cheaper and faster to actually get on a train to Coventry and fetch the damned parcel.


A little tip if you wish to speak to someone though and avoid the automated system...

When it asks for your tracking number just speak a load of gibberish. Do this twice and it plays a message and then asks you one more time for you tracking number. Repeat the process and as if by magic you'll be speaking to a human in around 30 seconds or so...

Summary: Don't expect any customer service from this dinosaur of a company!
