I was waiting three weeks and decided to take some action apparently they did'nt have the right address even though the delivery driver knows my name apparently it had the road but not the house number okay i thought so after waiting half an hour on there automated phone line i managed to get to talk to someone with the worlds lowest IQ,he, just about managing to use something called a computer, managed to reschedule my delivery (it was now monday)for the wednesday, i asked if it was possible if he could make sure i received it before 3oclock as i had work but as he barely had the brainpower to use his own lungs he was at a disadvantage from the start with his sausage fingers he managed to press on the dribble filled keyboard of his computer the request i had asked, but as i had no idea exactly what his imput was, into the computer! was probably not readable to anyone other than another half human, and so probably never reached another member of parcelforce so after 45minutes of my precious time i had managed to get absolutley nowhere fast i explained to the dribbling parcelforce employee that the reason that it had not been delievered the first time was because the address was wrong so could he imput into the parcelforce database which was by now leaking dribble from every orifice my address as i needed my parcel urgently ok he said so again he entered my address into the computer and he retorted everything would be fine and i would recieve it in on wednesday hopefully before three ok i said hopefully.well its now 6 oclock on the wednesday and predictably i'm parcelless and extremelly thirsty after not venturing out of my house all day through fear of missing my precious parcel and not having any milk in the fridge for any beverages so i phoned them and after 10 minutes of parcelforce automated phone torture managed to get through to someone who sounded at least human apparently she said the reason why it had'nt been delievered today was because it did'nt have the correct address on the parcel .....talk about boiling point and blood pressure if i could have strangled her at that particular point i think i probably would have .....so parcelforce if your reading this you are a bunch of useless retards who neither have the IQ or the basic common sense of a 1 celled omeba to be in the business of delievering parcels !and it proves it because any company that doesnt have a customer complaints department that will actually deal with problems such as this and offer something more than sorry when you've made one of your customers stay in all day waiting for something that because of your negligence was never ever going to arrive so i'm afraid sorry does not cut the mustard maybe its because your company is subsidised and that gives you a god given right to treat your money paying clientelle so horrendessley well word gets around and i'm sure branson or someone with a business brain will come along and put you well and trully out of business and god i hope that day comes soon.
