i fully agree with the emails about parcel force i am waiting from the 30th oct till the 17th dec. 2007 and still no parcel but their tracking says the parcel was delivered on 30th/2007.its nowonder that royal mail is losing millions they employ idiots who have no pride or interest in the job their only concern is have a cussy week and pick up the money. there is a great need to clear out the loafers from the top to the bottom.i was compelled to offer 1 star my choice is NONE
