Disadvantages: Its just giant organisation with nothing to show for there wide reach

AS long as I live i don't want to hear the name parcelforce mentioned around me I HHHHHHHHHHHHate them. I sent my parcel on the 8th of Jan, 20008 and paid for next day delivery up till today 11th of Jan. Parcel force can't even track where my parcel is , in fact thier Aberdeen depot is at lost as they can't offer me any useful information. And thier customer service is of no help. I am from Nigeria and this kind of service is not what I expect from a British company. Its a national disgrace. All am praying for now is a return of my parcel and I will surely seek redress because due to this sloppy service i have lost lots of money calling premuim numbers and being held on for ages. I advice all not to use parcelforce for any transaction as they are inefficient and have bunch of fools as workers
