Bought a Christmas present for my wife from abroad. Never arrived. After New Year I checked Tracking number-showed it had been delivered and signed for on Christmas Eve, but I received no note and no package. Drove to PF to complain and request driver interview. Told it was no longer their responsibility as driver that day was a Temp and no longer employed by PF. Told they are 'not empowered to interview driver'. Present cost hundreds and cannot be replaced...and it's the principal that's at issue here... If you happen to be unlucky--tough. PF are simply a shameful disgrace...they told me that some drivers are honest and some are not, but there's nothing they can do. Do they mean that to receive a parcel is like a lottery? How can we feel happy to know we have a 50/50 chance of receiving a package depending on the integrity of the driver? Shameful that PF investigation team cannot interview driver....other packages may have gone missing that day too! Handwriting could be compared too...but PF simply don't care!

Summary: Just don't go there!
