Hi I am writing to complain about parcel force and royal mail as a whole I sent a parcel to france on WEDNESDAY on a 1 - 2 day datapost delivery is was meant to be there friday AM it is now Sat doesn't sound too bad does it just a bit late it get worse. I chose for drop my item off once paid to the local post office where they are meant to get parcelforce out to collect but I can out of the shop to see in being loaded in a royal mail van I questioned this to the postal worker and the driver to be told this is normal proceedure for royal mail to take the parcels for parcelforce THIS IS NOT NORMAL PROCEDURE YOU DUMB **** as now noe one knows where the boody parcel is one is saying its with parcelforce one it saying its royal mail...its worth about £4000... I managed to track down the driver today ( dont ask me how) and ask where the parcel would go after she picks it up( NO IDEA she replies I just pcik up the parcels... ok i said so WHERE do you drive to once you have picked up the parcels to the main depot in Feltham Aha we have an answer so i call them and they dont know where the parcel go to once they leave them either no one know where the parcels go... does anyone here as I think they have one big black hole and throw the parcels down there.. I paid alot of money to send that parcel... and if one more person says it insured I an going to scream as the item in the parcels have taken over a month to arrive to me in the first place (using parcelforce it got stukc in the mitcham depot for a week) so I would no like to go through all this again I will never never nver use parcelforce again ...Also where you speak to anyone they never call you back, any the Customer service reply is they cant look for it because it could be anywhere ...that says it all really good I am feeling slightly better now ...let me know what you think
