Advantages: Yet to see any

Disadvantages: non delivery, very hard to claim costs back, systematic lieing, no customer service

I sent 3 items with this company back in october, they never arrived at their destination, after 3 weeks of phoning parcel force up they eventually said they are lost you need to fill ina claim form, one for each item. I did this, FAXED them to their so called customer service centre, 2 out of the 3 was revieved apparently and they duley paid out cheques for the cost of the postage. I had to contact them again for the cheques for total lost. I hadnt heard anything about the 3rd claim form, so i rung them again and was told they did not get it. Can i fax it again, i did this in Decemeber, had not heard anything byJanuary so i rung them and supprise supprise they had lost the form again, Could i fax it in again marked for the managers attention. I did this, i was promised a call from them manager to confirm they got it, no call so i rung them the manager confirmed she had got the form and it is being processed, end ofjanuary still not heard anything, i ring them back and enquire about where my form is, someone goes of looking for it, its on the desk to be processed you should hear somthing in the next couple of days, a week later nothing, i phoned again, couldnt find my claim form, spoke to the manager who confirmed she had recieved it. "dont worry leave if it with me i will find it for you and give you a call back today" Supprising no phone call so again i phoned, they have lost it for the 3rd time. I now have to go through all the process again for faxing in the form them losing it etc. Its been nearly 6 months trying to get a refund on something they lost in the first place.
I have to give them one star but if i had my way i would give them none, they are not trust worthy, they have no consideration of customer service, systematic lieing by their operaters in their claims department seems to be common practice, The never return calls, they will try and tell you what you want to hear, not what is actually happening, they never take responsibility for their actions (or lack off) They are unable to give you a complaints address. This is a disgraceful company that people should avoid at all costs.
