Poor delivery (Parcelforce)

I had a parcel sent off from Hong kong since mid-feb, and still havent recieved it till now, which is near to the mid of May already. At first, I thought the parcel was lost, since it didnt arrive for nearly 2 months, and I contacted Parcel-force via email, to which they replied that I have to provide details of the parcel. However, a few days later when I tracked the online status of the parcel, it said that it had 'just' arrived UK and is in transit. I really wonder if it take them 2 and a half months to deliver the parcel from HK to UK via AIRMAIL!?! And so I thought I would be recieving it soon, as the expected arrival date was May 8, 2008. However, I checked today at the HK post website, it says that delivery was unsuccessful due to wrong address!!??! But, I am 100% sure that it was correct, as this is not the first time that I had parcels sent from HK to the same UK address. Now from the look of it, it might be sent back to HK. I am really really really unsatisfied with how parcelforce does this. First off, does it really take THAT long to send a parcel through airmail, and secondly how can the address possibly be wrong, I am staying at an accomodation hall, and the reception is open from 7 45 am in the morning till late afternoon, and usually the mail is delivered at around 8 30am, therefore there MUST be someone at the reception to collect it, unless the delivery guy went to the wrong place. I bet by the time it arrives to my hall, I won't be staying here already as I am moving out in a months time. And I needed the stuff inside urgently.. now its just too late already. =(
