I sent a box to Dublin International Signed for, left Post Office on the 19th of Dec. I spoke to 5 people at Parcelforce which told me that my box had left the Int Hub, something I knew already. They all told me, that it would be delivered soon. The last person I spoke to was on New Year's Eve, and they told me that it would be delivered today the 2nd of Jan. Since I did not here anything I rang back today. For some reason the lady I spoke to would not give much information away, but said I needed to speak to a Mgr at the Int Depot. I was delighted to speak to the Country General Mgr today, but to my disappointment would not say your BOX IS LOST, She told me there were flight delays on 23rd Dec, and they are waiting for a update themselves.

Summary: Will be claiming for Box Contents and delivery Charges
