Advantages: There are no advantages with using Parcelforce

Disadvantages: You'll end up in an early grave if you continue to use Parcelforce!

Parcelforce are worse than useless.
I have in the past used Parcelforce but you soon learn that there are other courier companies that are cheaper and offer a better faster service!
(I use a broker called interparcel.com)
A company that looks after and values its customers.

I was told by a wholesaler to check the contents before signing for it...I asked the Parcelforce driver if I could do that and he said " I'll take it away then...do you want it or not?" ...in other-words he would not let me check it before signing. He also said that I had to write my name only and not "unchecked" or anything like that!
I told the company I bought the goods from and they didn't believe me! So I don't buy from them anymore!

Also the tracking details are made up! I work from home, I overlook the drive and front door...the tracking details state that they attempted to deliver a parcel! No attempt was made...and if there was (which there wasn't) they also didn't leave a card!

So why make up lies about the tracking and status of a parcel...is there a scam happening here that I haven't worked out yet!

As for customs clearance fees...don't get me started, just seems like money for nothing! (it is money for nothing)
Customer service is non existent...I agree with all the other comments "it's in the van being delivered today" ...total rubbish!

So to summarise:
Use another courier for piece of mind.
Avoid companies that use Parcelforce.

Summary: Avoid them as a seller or a buyer!
