Parcel Force or rather Farce (Parcelforce)

Disadvantages: Don't deliver on time, damaged packages, rude service, etc....

Parcel force came by to deliver a parcel today. I've had words with them in the past about wanting to examine a package before taking receipt of it because it was damaged in transit. The delivery guy said I'd have to send it back and that he wasn't going to give it to me because I might steal it without signing for it! Steal my own package, was he joking or what? Today the same guy comes round with a smashed up package as well and just hands me a paper to sign saying that the package is damaged and that he is going to return it and doesn't even allow me to check if the contents are ok. Is Parce Force a delivery service or a returns service? He tried to run away with the package becasue I wanted to take reciept of it and state that it was damaged in transit.
On other occasions I tried calling the Croydon depot, without getting through all day. Honestly I tried over 20 times, as I was working from home that day it was possible to call and leave the phone ringing while I did other work.

If possible, avoid at all costs. It is the worst delivery company I've ever encountered.
