Advantages: Cheaper than Royal Mail

Disadvantages: Wrong Depot problem

Parcel Force is a courier service which people who wish to send parcels can do so. You can use their different services which include special 24 hour deliveries and 48 hour deliveries to. When compared to Royal Mail in terms of prices for deliveries their prices are much cheaper. I have used their services twice in the last month and not been very impressed with them at all.

I opted to use their 48 hour service two weeks ago and just last week to post a parcel. Now considering I paid them the full amount of 13.99 to post the parcel in two days they did not do that. Instead they managed to send the parcel to the wrong depot! On top of this the customer service on the phone was very poor.

They sent the parcel to the person who bought it of me a week late! Yes what was supposed to be sent in 2 days was sent a week late. This wrong depot problem seems to happen often with them it seems as a lot of people have had the issue of getting their parcels mixed up with them.

Their drivers on the other hand when delivering are good as they knock slowly and offer to put the parcel inside for you. Its only the problem at their depots where they seem to mix the parcels up which has been the common problem for me when using their services.

Summary: Well Parcel Forces depend on them really as half the time they are ok
