In my opinion Parcel Force is the worst run parcel service in the the U.K. by far. The last item they delivered ended up at the local Post Office without me knowing, as they hadn't bothered to leave a card to say they had attempted to deliver it. When I eventually went to collected it, the lady behind the counter said "this happens alot and is getting worse". The previous parcel never arrived as they said they couldn't find my address ( I live on a very well known main road ). When it did eventually arrive it was found to be damaged. The item before that ended up at the main depot in Manchester, again without me knowing as they didn't bother to leave a card to say they had attempted delivery. All three parcels were purchased off ebay, and posted from overseas, all three had a tracking number, but the Post Office doesn't recognize it when sent my Parcel Force.
P.S. ... Does anyone know who owns Parcel Force now, or is it still government owned ?
