Disadvantages: Its costing the tax payer to provide such bad service

I agree with everyone who say this is the worst delivery service existing. I am trying for six days now to get a parcel from the UK to Germany. The tracking record shows it incorrectly addressed. The correct address has been passed to Parcel Force twice now. They have demanded details of senders address and phone number, receivers address and phone number, contents of the parcel and said they will not investigate until they have all of that. Now they have it resent again they say they will ask their Specialist International Customer Service Team to investigate. Obviously no one else must be able to read a foreign address nor even their own tracking system. I assume they are still investigating their morning coffee break as the promised phone calls from them have never happened. I pity the government when they face facts and want to get rid of Parcel Force No one will want it.

Summary: worse than useless
