Never use parcelforce (Parcelforce)

I had the same problem with Parcelforce. I ordered cat food once, never again! They never tell you when they are going to turn up, then if you are at work they say they have dropped it at a local post office. I chased around the local post offices to find it but it wasn't ever there. Eventually I got hold of someone at Parcelforce to be told that they can only deliver to a home address, not leave it at a post office. The nearest parcelforce depot was about 40 miles away so i couldn't even collect it.

In the end it came one day, after speaking to supervisor and manager. But never again!!
I think it took about 3 weeks in total.

Now sadly I am waiting for something I ordered from Ebay to arrive, I expect to wait at least a week, maybe more.

I dont usually buy from companies that use parcelforce.

Summary: totally inconvenient
