Completely disgusted with the incompetence of Parcelforce. I won about 6 items on ebay and three of the sellers were sending by parcelforce around 16.10.09. After waiting patiently for the packages I got nervous after a week when I received the 3 items sent via royal mail (who were striking). I contacted the 3 sellers and all 3 emailed me the tracking numbers. I put the numbers in and got some nonsense that they could not track my package at this time and gave a link to send an email. To their credit, I did receive a response within 24 hours, however the email was how they attempted delivery on the 19th and again on the 22nd. I emailed back that I was confused by this as I never received any notification or sorry we missed you card and was she only referring to 1 package or to all 3? I got a response back stating I should phone customer service where a "representative" would assist me. After phoning and trying to navigate for 30 minutes I gave up as all options required me to input some delivery code found on the sorry we missed you card!!!! So off went another email stating that I had no joy locating my parcels and could somebody please respond back informing me of their location. My husband, fed up with all the run around, decided just to give the depot a call where a friendly chap informed him that he had nothing to delivery to our flat and the parcels must have been sent back to the senders! In short, don't bother with these nitwits, the tracking number is rendered worthless, drivers who don't bother to actually deliver and incompetent customer service.

Summary: Just use the Royal Mail
