Unhelpful and Incompetent
Parcelforce has done it again. The driver drove up to the house, dropped the missed delivery slips in the post hole and drove off without ringing the bell. The cars weren't in the garage, but my daughter was home.
When I telephoned to arrange the redelivery the automated response did not work properly and kept getting everything wrong. I am trying to get hold of two parcels and they don't make allowance for this either -not on the telephonic response nor the website.
Their service is crap - excuse my French, but I am livid. This has been a colossal waste of my time, not to mention the express delivery fees paid for parcels that take longer than usual to arrive.
What can be done????
I am ready to complain to the regulator of their field, but who do I contact?
And how can one ensure that the companies we buy from don't use them to deliver our goods.
My advice - Avoid Parcelforce there are always complications and zero customer service.
