Poor Service Yet Again

Disadvantages: Poor service, poor communication, poor overall
This is the second time we have experienced problems with Parcelforce. Personally i wouldn't trust them with my goods but unfortunately others do. My partner ordered a laptop and upon tracking the item found that Parcelforce 'could not locate the address'. Frustrated somewhat i telephoned their automated service line to re-arrange delivery. After a series of questions i was informed that my request had been processed and delivery was booked in for the following day and someone would call me to verify my address. I was informed there may be a charge of around £6.00 for re-delivery. Not only is this a cheek as no delivery was ever attempted but to top it all, the delivery never happened which i knew as 48 hours later still no one has called. Honestly if you are considering a courier make sure Parcelforce is bottom of your list regardless, their service and this as i said is not the first time, is shambolic and appalling.
