Advantages: None apparent
Disadvantages: Unreliable, Unhelpful, Unfriendly
Well, after 10 days, I've just about given up hope. About a grand's worth of stereo gear has gone missing. 24 hour delivery commitment . . . no sign of it. According to the parcel tracking service, left Edinburgh West at 18.28 on 01-05-03, got to the National Hub the following day at 01.31, then on to London West at 04.39 . . . then . . . who knows. Parceforce certainly doesn't. Telephone enquiries answered by unhelpful, unfriendly operators. No service attitude, no reassuring or comforting words, just 'call back tomorrow, or Tuesday or whenever.Oh, and it's even worse if you call on the weekends. Based on the other reviews on this site, I guess it was either delivered to someone else or . . . The gear was insured, so no loss on that front, but hell, it's frustrating to deal with an organisation whose work practices and culture have not changed since Roland Hill's reforms of 1840.

- 13/05/03 Oh dear, what a nightmare....
A little more information on the service would get you higher ratings, even if it's including the outcome of what ParcelForce have said - please update this if you get a result from them...it'd be nice to hear for a change if one of these companies gets something right! :o)
