Parcelforce delievers parcels worldwide. I use it all the time as I buy stuff from china and Countries in around that destaniation. I am always givivng a tracking number and check the information on the parcel basically tracking it. I dont mind parcelforce the only thing is they only let you track your parcel when it arrives in the UK and when it ... Read the complete review

i am employed at parcelforce and have been for 2 years, people moan when the item isnt delivered because they are at work, im not being funny but if you order something on a next day service and then your not at home why not get it sent to your works address- we deliver over 100items per route per day so have not got time to keep coming back. also why does everyone seem to think its the person at the end of the phones fault, they are the middle man in the equation so dont take it out on them. We are a good company with a quality of serce over 98% if the parcels not packaged correctly please dont blame that on us! it goes on a trailer with over 3000 items so package it properly.

Completely disgusted with the incompetence of Parcelforce. I won about 6 items on ebay and three of the sellers were sending by parcelforce around 16.10.09. After waiting patiently for the packages I got nervous after a week when I received the 3 items sent via royal mail (who were striking). I contacted the 3 sellers and all 3 emailed me the ... I was interested to see so many reviews and such a low rating for Parcelforce and I feel this is well deserved, although my problem was different to other reviews that I have read. I ordered a bulky but inexpensive item from Staples and they sent it out by Parcelforce, I was out the first and second times they delivered and it had been ... Read the complete review

ParcelForce is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Having read similar scenarios to mine on here, I get the feeling there is more going on than meets the eye. I was sent a parcel from abroad and on their website it showed as delivered. However there is no one by that name where I live, or in fact in the entire ... Read the complete review

**I'm writing this review as a receiver of goods, not the sender** Before posting this review I was delighted to see that Parcelforce have a collective dooyoo rating of one star. Let's keep it that way, until Dooyoo allow the nil stars option of course. Parcelforce are probably THE courier company in the UK, teamed with ... Read the complete review

I have never had anything delivered to me via parcel force before, but this is the first time... and im STILL waiting. It has been 7 days since my parcel has been sent off and it was supposed to arrive on the second or third of september, to be honest i wasn't expecting it on time because sometime parcels just dont work that way. ... Utter rubbish. I took the day off work to wait for a package, and just had the pleasure of watching the delivery driver stop outside my house, then drive on without attempting to even get out of the van.
This means that the birthday present I had on order will be late, of course.
UPS have always been great, but I have never experienced a delivery company that makes absolutely no effort to deliver parcels. Lazy, lazy lazy.

Using ParcelFarce is a bit of a gamble. It's a coin toss as to whether your item will arrive at all let alone in one piece. When they are good they are very good, when they are bad they are terrible and will leave you seriously regretting ever entrusting them with even the most non-precious cargo. My latest escapade with these muppets ... Read the complete review

My primary choice to post expensive items is now Parcel Force. They are way cheaper than Royal Mail plus offer faster delivery. If you want delivery in the next 24 hours you will notice their prices are way less than what Royal Mail offers. Just a month ago I used them to sent out expensive goods like a 32 inch Television and a Sony Playstation ... Read the complete review

Parcelforce picked up my expensive subwoofer as it needed repair and i had put it in a box with huge amounts of bubble wrap and packaging in it to prevent damage while in transit. I put Fragile all over the box and yet somehow these clowns of a delivery service managed to break the actual casing. Now we are talking extremely tough and durable casing so whatever they did must have been substantial.
Not recommened. Thank God REL are a great company and fixed the damage for free as well as repairing for free even though the subwoofer was out of warranty.
Parcelforce are a disgrace.

I find that parcel force and the royal mail are the best couriers. I live in a block of flats and anc citylink dhl and others don't even bother to leave a card so they think I'm clairvoyant. The royal mail and parcel force always leave a card they do not leave parcels on doorsteps and their collection office is local. If you talk nicely to your postman and tip him at Christmas you'll get good service. So guys lay off Royal mail. Could you deliver to Scotland for 39pence??

Parcelforce has consistently let me down on three consecutive occasions. Each time they claimed they tried to make a drop but couldn't. I work in front of my front window at home, so I'm clearly blind, and a liar. There's no telephone line to check progress, no sat nav, no nothing. I have a tendency to buy from Ebay, but ... I had the same problem with Parcelforce. I ordered cat food once, never again! They never tell you when they are going to turn up, then if you are at work they say they have dropped it at a local post office. I chased around the local post offices to find it but it wasn't ever there. Eventually I got hold of someone at Parcelforce to be told ... Read the complete review

I agree with everyone who say this is the worst delivery service existing. I am trying for six days now to get a parcel from the UK to Germany. The tracking record shows it incorrectly addressed. The correct address has been passed to Parcel Force twice now. They have demanded details of senders address and phone number, receivers address and ... Read the complete review

I'd agree with the lack of value of Parcel Force insurance - they trashed my fax machine - despite being in a box bought at the Post Office for sending fragiles and marked 'Fragile'. Because the sender had to claim, under their rules and I had, as recipient, the fax machine, they refused as he had 'no proof' and refused to accept a photograph. ... Read the complete review

In my opinion Parcel Force is the worst run parcel service in the the U.K. by far. The last item they delivered ended up at the local Post Office without me knowing, as they hadn't bothered to leave a card to say they had attempted to deliver it. Parcel Force is part of the Royal Mail group, and is an express delivery company working through a network of hubs across the UK, with their central hub being based in coventry. Parcels can be sent with Parcel Force at many local Post Office branches, you can book collections online, and you can also take them to your local depot. The prices tend ... Read the complete review

The most unreliable service I have ever experienced - and will not even pay up when they destroy your goods, although you go to the trouble and expense of paying extra for insurance!!!! - and the watchdog seems to have no teeth either!!! - is it possible to have a minus star rating? - if so I give them minus 10!!!
