Had a very bad experience with Parcelforce. The three main problems are as follows: 1. My mother posted am urgent package, containig my bank cards, to me here in Bolivia on 7 Nov. She Was told that it would take 6 working days. Its now 20th and still hasnt arrived. Everytime we ask where it is, they move the goal posts and give us a new expected delivery date. Should I just give up and get replacement cards sent by DHL or F

Until fairly recently Parcel Force gave a chance on their card-through-the-door to make an appointment for a second delivery if you missed their first attempt (What are the odds for most of us in being at home to receive an unexpected delivery?) but now they just dump it at a Post Office. Unhelpful and Incompetent Parcelforce has done it again. The driver drove up to the house, dropped the missed delivery slips in the post hole and drove off without ringing the bell. Parcelforce are awful, absolutely the worst, I would never choose to do business with them but unfortunately there doesnt seem to be any CHOICE in the matter a lot of the time. I rang Parcel Force this morning to find out what time their depot's are open today. I was told all depots are the same -- open until 1pm.
When I arrived at Gatwick depot @ 12.36 I found that they closed at 12.30
Just incompetence..... very poor.....

Worst Delivery service, a shambles, you have to go over and collect your items cos there rubbish... I know u cant avoid cos its usually items your recieveing but just expect to have to wait and drive to your nearest depot to get yer item cos they wont deliver it... i got told they couldnt deliver because I wasnt in even though i waited ... I sent a parcel from abroad to UK to myself while I was on holiday. The parcel arrived with a huge hole at the bottom and quite a few items were missing, worth abouth £170. I'm going to write a complaint, but I'm aware theat they don't give a damn.
If you can, avoid.
