after paying the extra £12 sat deliveryno parcel arrived after several calls and emails and broken promises still no one contacted me, this was a part for my son motorbike that he needed to fix for his race on suday, how dissapointing for him!!!! the part never arrived parcel force sucks!!!!

A parcel was collected at our door by a Parcel Force Worldwide driver. The driver confirmed that he had all documents and signatures needed to our faces. 2 days later our parcel came back to our door from the same driver. He forgot a form needing a signature. I was on holiday in the UK for christmas shopping in November, I was reccomended by a friend to use parcel force to send my case back to Cyprus where I live. Waited in for parcel that didn 't turn up only to find out at 1600 hrs that it had not even left the leicester depot due to staff shortage!!! This is the second time in 8 months this has happened to me! I am truly disgusted with the level of customer service for such a huge global company!!! Something needs doing about it!!!

Perhaps the worst parcel company you could ever do business with. Appalling service. Ordered 48 hour delivery and have now been waiting for over 4 weeks for the package to arrive. Furthermore have made daily phone calls to the local office with ZERO replies from them except for empty promises of a callback. You are better off with budget carriers. Complaint has been lodged to parcelforce for over a week but has been duly ignored. I cannot emphasise enough - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I can not believe how awful Parcelforce are. They are an absolute disgrace! I sent a parcel of Cuban Cigars from the U.K to the Dominican Republic. I sent a 1960's mixer to a customer, copiously wrapped in bubble, packed all around with newspaper and polystyrene pieces boxed, then that box was put into another box and packing materials in between the 2 boxes to provide added cushion for when they drop it as we all know they will. It arrived with the cast iron base broken into 3 pieces. They refuse to compensate saying that it was insuffficiently packaged. I got in touch with the claims dept and told the lady, without yelling, that anyone with half a brain could see the item was not insufficiently packed and she told me there was no need to be rude by saying that her colleague had half a brain!..... what do you say to that kind of stupidity?Apparently electrical items have to be in their fitted polystyrene packaging, even goods from the 60's?....

Sold a guitar on Ebay, and posted it using a cardboard guitar box that I had received a new guitar in a few weeks earlier. Guitar arrived damaged. The outer box was also damaged. It had obviously been dropped or mishandled. I had insured it, so I filled in the claim form. To cut a long story short Parcelforce rejected the claim due to insufficient packaging! How can packaging used to previously deliver an item in good condition be insufficient?? This is the standard method of posting for guitars. Suffice to say I less than happy and will never use them again.
