The worst delivery service i ever had since I start using online companies. They are useless. If you want your package or need to be delivered, DO NOT use parcelforce. They are just bunch of idiots. Gave the same answers over and over again when you ask for inquiries. The package was never been delivered to me and I had to call the credit card company to get my money back. I got my money back with the help of my credit card company.

Parcelforce are worse than useless. I have in the past used Parcelforce but you soon learn that there are other courier companies that are cheaper and offer a better faster service! Agreed the absolute worst service ever with the rudest call center people ever. Argued with me that the parcel was somewhere different than where it was.

Nothing worse than parcelforce... I cannot believe that I am waiting for my parcel from the UK to Ireland. It's been a week and still no delivery. If they need more than a week to send it in Ireland then how long it takes to deliver it in USA f.e Maybe 2 years? How much I regretted for my order. It could be better to travel in UK and get it from there than wasting my money for a parcel that I will never get maybe.

How can the companies trust them? Why they sign up contract with them? There must be a computer error....

Unfortunately the lowest I can give them is 1 point of out 5 but pls reader take it as ZERO...

I have had major problems with parcelforce...a 24hr service ended up in no delivery what so ever, and no explaination, just a load of excuses and lies....I am waiting with anticipation to hear on the news that this company is in liquidation and then i will have a celebration drink, because if these people can't be bothered to do their job properly then they don't deserve jobs. btw if you want a number to the manager director office this is it 01908687249 but don't expect miracles!

I guess I should be thankful that I now have my package, having read some of the dreadful stories on this site. They tried to deliver on Monday, when I was at work. Left an illegible tracking number. Nothing to suggest they tried again on Tuesday (as stated on the website). I went onto website to request a redelivery today. Waited in until 4pm, then decided to ring. Only then did I realise that I wasn't entitled to a redelivery - only to pick up from nearest Post Office (1.5 miles away). At least it was there. If I didn't have the option of a redelivery, why was this not made clear?
I'll certainly check with suppliers which courier they use, and will try to avoid Parcelforce in future.

Had a document sent from Poland. Never arrived. Customer service is awful and unpolite. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

parcel force's rubbish service make me lose the chance to attend a very important exam. they charge quickly, fail quickly, respond slowly, cheated easily . totally rubbish service, my exam is ruined, it cost me 100 pounds and six month's hard work. I should not give parcel force any trust, and I hate them forever!!!!

I think parcelforce london west is brillant i've used them for years and everything i send by them gets to where it is going on time and in tack. the delivery people are always polite and well mannered i would give it 5 stars. thanks parcelforce your GREAT.

We needed to get some business documents to a client for a conference on Saturday 11th October 2008. Parcelforce Edinburgh- hopeless, complacent, avoid. Paid for delivery within 48 hours, didn`t arrive at customers address, couldn`t be tracked, Parcelforce unresponsive, eventually found package 6 days later lying in Edinburgh depot. Parcelforce manager seemed unconcerned and didn`t really apologise, just asked if we still wanted it delivered.
I wish I could take them to court!

Parcelforce Edinburgh depot is a shambles. Parcelforce lost my parcel for the second time (first one and the replacement). The tracking system recorded my parcel as being there for a number of days. Repeated calls to them and repeated assurances that the delivery manager would call me back failed to result in me receiving a call from him. Not even Parcelforce's customer services department could get him to respond. Allegedly, he did try to call me but could not get connected. My phone works perfectly and no other person has had problems contacting me. You can form your own conclusion on this. If the delivery manager applied as much skill to delivering parcels as he apparently does to avoiding customers then I'm sure Parcelforce would be a much better organisation. Until then, I will do the same as many other reviewers and not buy from suppliers who use Parcelforce.
