Ordered item in early November, still waiting late Dec, so I get tracking no. from supplier, PF website says item have been returned to sender, after 2 failed deliverys - which never took place by the way! When I contacted PF they said there was a customs charge and that when I didnt pay they sent it back, how am I going to pay when i dont know anything about it? No letter! Useless.

i fully agree with the emails about parcel force i am waiting from the 30th oct till the 17th dec. 2007 and still no parcel but their tracking says the parcel was delivered on 30th/2007.its nowonder that royal mail is losing millions they employ idiots who have no pride or interest in the job their only concern is have a cussy week and pick up ...  Read the complete review

Dont use Parcel Force Int Std. I sent a parcel to Ireland three weeks ago and its still not been delivered. I now have to send another item out to replace the missing parcel using Data post to get the thing there on .
Its cost me double and the compen is no where near what the whole job is worth.
Im aggravated, the customer is aggravated and Parcel Force are quids in. Crap.

pity all we can do is rant but i suppose it helps you get it off your chest. Im glad to see that I am not alone. What can I say? Parcelfarce, sums it up. I ordered a large amount of stuff from the USA and it got here within 6 days. When I say 'here' I mean as far as Coventry. Diabolical! I have yet to have a delivery work through Parcelforce. Whats the point in complaining to Parcel Force. If you email them, you receive an automated reply " we are busy with an high number of emails" When they do respond, promising to contact you, they don't. Then if you email them again, they ignore you.

I used ParcelForce to bring my order from UK to Portugal and all i can say is that thay work very well. Fast, no damage to my order! Parcelforce occaissionally deliver packages without trouble, but they are the only package delivery service that I know of in this country who when they don't deliver, really don't deliver.

It takes many phone calls, re-scheduling and even extra payments before you'll ever see your package. One phone call makes your blood pressure rise instantly.

You're also lucky if you actually get a notice of attempted delivery the first or even the second time.

Parcel force have been unhelpful. We expected a delivery paying extra for express. Parcel force said they attempted delivery at 3pm. Were they invisible. We didnt spot them even though our office looks straight onto the drive and we only have one door to which they didnt knock or leave a calling card. I have received the most appalling service from Parcel Force. They tried to deliver an item but didnt give me time to open the door before driving off. Re-scheduled deliveries did not arrive. No one available to speak to at local depot which operates a national tariff phone number. No one allowed to call back to advise. Pot luck if item delivered next week! Disgraceful service

They stole a sixy pound order which i sent out. Nearly every week something gets damaged. Also they never deliver on time, one of my parcels took a week to get there. I have lost a lot of customers through them, there drivers are very rude. They don't like to give out any compensation. Stay well clear of Parcelforce they are theives
