Parcelforce - horrendous lack of ability to deliver on time or at all.

The three C's of their operations:

Customer service: non-existent.

Consistency? yes, not one instance of having used them as sender/recipient has resulted in a smooth delivery.

Conclusion: don't waste your time, your energy or your life on this company. Use someone else if you're sending it and don't buy anything from a seller that will involve Parcelforce as courier.

I will not do business with any company that uses Parcelforce as a courier. Two reasons: 1) Parcelforce are clowns 2) Any company that uses Parcelforce must also be clowns. Needed a delivery urgently so organised a Parcel Force 24 guaranteed next day Saturday delivery, which cost £25. Parcelfarce are a bunch of imcompetent idiots. 10 days after ordering a ps3 from play, this damn parcel still hasn't arrived! How long can it really take for a parcel to travel three hundred miles. I USED PARCELFORCE TO RECEIVE A SHIPMENT FROM THE UK IN PORTUGAL,HOPING THAT IT'LL BE FASTER THAN REGULAR MAIL .
I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE PARCEL ALMOST A WEEK OVER.

Parcelforce are absolute rubbish. Last week I ordered an item from Amazon.co.uk and paid for next day first class delivery. For some strange reason they dispatched via Parcelforce, not first class regular post. It still hasn't arrived 5 business days later. Their tracking says delivery has been attempted 4 times, two of which were after 8pm. They are liars! I have been home in the evening, not one card was left!

DO NOT USE!! I had a laptop which I ordered via ebay and was sent on the 24 hour service. Having not received the parcel by 8pm I checked online tracking. was horrified to read that apparently 'I' had signed for it at 6.22pm and taken receipt. I wasn't even in the house at 6.22! Be warned senders from the US, if you send by Express Mail this grossly negligent delivery company automatically gets the parcel. This service is unsatisfactory in that the parcel sent was misdelivered. It seems to me that a company that specializes in transporting mail should be able to deliver to the addressee.
