This company is shockingly poor. Their drivers seem to struggle with finding even easy to locate inner city addresses. Their helpline is a complete joke. You get an extremely wordy automated voice telling you about things that are not relevant to your problem before you can select any options. The options you do select either are of no use or are ... Our experience of ParcelForce has been increasingly frustating. They put the package on the van but then the driver either doesn't deliver it or puts a card through the door to say we were out even when some one was in. Useless Parcelforce! Tracking numbers provide inacurate information. Fail to deliver within the specified period and impossible to contact by phone - only a robot answers! Terrible Service!

Try using a company whose staff actually care about offering good service, instead of one like Parcelforce who clearly doesn't care at all. There is no point in providing tracking details when the drivers can't be bothered to find your house, after the item is out for delivery or collection even. Shame I even had to give them 1 star - complete time wasters. 2 days running I had to book time off work to wait in at home for them to deliver a parcel - 2 days running they didn't deliver, had to get a refund from the supplier who have now lost my business because of their chosen courier. A package arrives on 27.09.06 to Parcelforce's international hub, it's accepted and it's given a GB track number and then it's nowhere to be found! But mind you, it only appeared on the site's tracking system when I called them on 05.10.06 to find out why it was not showing up even though the sender had assured me the records on the other side ... If you try to contact someone to arrange a re-delivery then your about to enter the demon world which is their voice recognition customer service. How bad can a company be? As bad as Parcelforce - thats how bad! I sent a beautiful Fender Amplifier in the packaging that it came (unmolested) to me in. In a nutshell they threw it out of a truck and smashed it. Even though I had paid extra for insurance the wouldnt offer me any compensation at all! I paid £30 to have my amp ... What are you lot thinking? Of course Parcelforce are terrible that is just the nature of couriers... but my god they could be CityLink!!!!!!! At least the people from parcelforce have a rough idea of where they are going and from time to time they bother to put a card through your door within two or three days of when the parcel is expected. I have been at the receiving end of Parcelforce Worldwide several times now, and not one of these deliveries went without problems, unfortunately. For some reason, drivers hardly ever seem to be able to leave a card. The other problem is customer service. Time for parcel from Germany to UK - 2 days. Re-delievery attempts: 1. Visiting the depot 2 x - always the same excuses; can't find the parcel. Laconically telling me - file a complaint and fill out compensation form. LOL for a PC and equipment worth £1,500.00. No comment. Will still pursue and call every day (if I get through). They should be sued.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Parcelforce. You can't get through on the phones or use the 'automated' options on the phone menus (according to their call centre the phones/automated system have not worked for two months now, but hey, why spend money fixing it?).
