The main problem with parcelforce is that when you have a problem (which is often) you CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE! Yes...before u start I do work as a delivery driver for PF...have done for just over 9 years. The company handles over 600,000 parcels per day, PER DAY !!..and 96% gets there on time...all you hear about if the times that it goes wrong. DO NOT USE PARCEL FORCE TO GET YOUR PARCELS TO PORTUGAL. I have had two separate parcels sent from UK stranded in a Portuguese warehouse with what they incorrectly call 'insufficient address'. I ordered consumables from DABS.COM (who are also as useless as Parcelforce) to be delivered by Parcelforce the next working day.
