Newest Review: ... General Manager that they 'had no money' so couldn't reimburse me, but that Peugeot had agreed to pay for the parts. I was also told that it would take 6 weeks for Peugeot to pay and that I should just sit and wait in the meantime. This turned out to be a blatent lie - after waiting 8 weeks I phoned Peugeot and was told they had not agreed to pay for anything and had never heard of me! DO NOT BUY A PEUGEOT CAR IF YOU LIVE IN OR NEAR NORWICH. Your only option for a Peugeot Service centre close to Norwich is Sterling Motor Group - and this Company MUST NEVER be trusted with your car. For example, take the following story:- I took my car for a routine service there last year - upon collection I noticed the key was incredibly stiff in the ignition - upon trying to start the car the second time it was jammed completely. Sterling said it was 'pure coincidence' and that the car must have just happened to break while sitting in their car park - but not their fault! I have been the proud owner of a Peugeot 306 for nearly two years, and absolutely love the car. However, I can not give the high level of respect that I have for my car to the people that are meant to be there for me when something goes wrong. I have had two separate run ins with Peugeot approved garages, and both times I have left either completely dissatisfied with the work they claim to have done, or been charged an extortionate amount of money for next to nothing being done to my car.
