Advantages: Many on paper, none in practise

I recently purchased a new vehicle and let myself be talked into the RAC Reflex cover (ideal for Disabled people!!)
The vehicle was 4 days old when it broke down in the middle of the rush hour, 40 yards from the busiest junction in the town. I called the RAC, to be told that because I was a priority member and causing an obstruction a recovery vehicle would be with me as soon as possible. "Other calls are taking 45 minutes"
This was at 0811. At 1036 the vehicle finally turned up, decided that I was causing an obstruction and towed me 200 yards to the nearest Vauxhall dealers!
If this is quality and priorities then I would hate not to be a priority case!!
(Yes!! I have cancelled my RAC membership)
