Royal Mail is everyone's nearly number one choice for sending parcels and items with. Royal Mail offers a decent service to its customers whether its at the post office, the big depots or when their drivers come to you. They do however at times have the odd problems. In my town there has been a problem of thieves yes thieving postmen stealing parcels! If any one wants to find out more about the problem in the area just type it up on Google.

In my area the common problem seems to be with the postmen sending out wrong letters to my address! I often get somebody elses post which is their bank letters and the same happens with mine and ends up elsewhere! Here in Blackburn its a real misery these days as you do not know where your post ends up.

Royal Mail need to sort their post men out or else more of us in the Lancashire Area will lose out more! I have lost my Argos Voucher sent in the post to me through I points with Royal Mail. The strange thing is when they send it recorded nothing happened! However when a post is not recorded it seems the thieving post men in the area seem to open it and take it!

Their special delivery system is the only thing which seems to be in place with Royal Mail. If that was not sorted out then Royal Mail would be worse to use.
