Royal Mail have been a huge pain in the back side to me in the last couple of months. They have left my parcels outside without even telling me about it. They put a Nintendo Wii outside my house near the bin.

They had no rights doing that and somebody stole my parcel!How smart was it of the driver to leave it outside like that? They did not even bother sorting out another delivery and just thought the place it was left outside was safe.

Royal Mail's explanation to this was nothing expect they are sorry. It was not in their policy to leave the item outside. How can they leave the item outside with no signature taken of the person who was suppose to receive it?

Their staff seriously need to pick up some training on their jobs or more people are going to lose their parcels sent to them.
Other problems for me with Royal Mail have been my post being sent to wrong addresses recently. Are their post men here even good readers of numbers? Not happy with them at all and find Royal Mail to be bad with their service and they need to step up and improve. Their recorded delivery service at times is not always accurate to. They maybe the one people use the most but their service is not great.
