You should try the Parcel Force customer service line, its hilarious and goes like this.....
"Welcome to the Parcel Force customer helpline, your call is important to us please call back later !!!!!!!!!!!"

It was a complete waste of time and I gave up, just like Parcel Farce as they are known.

I was trying to trace a parcel and just had to sit and wait for two days for the thing to turn up I have a notice on my gate that says all deliveries to back door the delivery guy wrote a card out and posted it in the letterbox which also has a notice advising rear door delivery!

No chance.

We are still waiting for 2 parcels from Parcel Force that they first attempted to deliver on the 24/5, we keep explaining that I have to take the kids to school, but when do they deliver it, yes your right while I am taking the kids to school. Four times they have done it so far, my husband is having to take the day off for the next delivery, so may be we will actually be in.
