A new courier needs to take over (Royal Mail)

Disgraceful is the first word to describe the service of Royal Mail. I say that because in my area they have not been good at all with their service. I use to get DVD rentals of Lovefilm but they were stolen of the postal workers or either delivered to the wrong address! When chasing Royal Mail up about the problem they used to say sorry and say they could do nothing about the matter.

Even my cheque's sent in the post were sent to my neighbors address. Only thing they have been good with is for sending parcels and getting them tracked. Still they charge too much for sending parcels with their recorded delivery service being 14.99! All this part of their service has been fast and good to use for me in the time using them.

Royal Mail could be much better if they had some better trained staff working for them. Royal Mail have not helped me at all in claiming back the items they have lost in the post for me. They never both responding to the queries at all and are slow in sorting the issues out with them all the time.

Years of using them I only get my post now with them. For using them for other services like sending parcels I do not do that now because I know they are very slow and a courier company that you can not trust.

Summary: Time for a new courier to take over?
