Two mechanics I know refuse to service Smart Cars - Why! Because it takes between 6 and 8hrs to remove two sparking plugs to the rear of the engine block. This results in a customer bill of about £400!!! They are fed up with being accused of cooking the bill.

I now won't be buying one as a result of this bad design. Glad I raised this matter with them.
