Snaygill Boats is situated about two miles east of Skipton in Yorkshire, on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal. they have five boats available for weekly hire: Sweet Basil (47 feet, and new for 2008), Nutmeg (56 feet), Juniper (56 feet), Caraway (59 feet) and Tamarind (59 feet). Prices for a week's hire (2008), as on narrowboats throughout the country, are seasonal. Basil costs between £733 and £1182: Tamarind from £906 to £1302. Basil, Nutmeg and Juniper will accommodate 4 people - Caraway and Tamarind six. In addition, Saffron (46 feet) can be hired for short breaks of three or four days.
