Surepass Driving School

Appalling service, lies and deceit from their so-called customer service people, everyone tells you a different story and when you complain they don't want to know. No hope of any refunds so don't waste your money with them.

I was really disappoionted with Surepass, the standard of tuition was poor and my instructor was always late...I complained to the call centre who accused me of lying! I feel I have wasted a lot of money with them. Please be very careful with Surepass.

I booked block lessons with one of their instructors and then she stopped working for them so i asked for my money back and they refused, saying i had to get my money back from the instructor myself! I was disgusted with their so called customer service!!
I have tried on numerous occassions (9 months+!!!) to get my money back from the instructor however now she has changed her phone number!!
Extremely furious with surepass's lack of help and acknowledgement for this situation!!!!
surepass should be accountable for this matter, why do i have to recover the money myself, shouldn't it be surepass's responsibility, after all they recommended the instructor to me!!
i would not recommend this company to anyone!!

I am currently learning how to drive, and i am doing so with surepass. I have had around 14 hours of lessons and here is my review! The drivers always arrive on time, which is great, meaning that you don't end up waiting or having to reschedule lessons. Also all the drivers have obviously been trained in how to teach driving, as they have special handbooks, talk calmly, and seem to know how to best describe different procedures in a clear and informative way. Like I had promised here I am with the review of the Driving School that has made learning and passing a harrowing practical test that much easier for me....
