I have been with AA breakdown for about 4 years now as I got it offered to me at a discount when my car became 3 years old. I have had to call them out once and they attended very quickly and were able to fix my car in no time at all. The only thing you should watch out for is when your renewal comes up they always try and charge you a high premium, the best thing to do is call up and say you want to cancel as your renewal is too high and in my case everytime they have lowered it. When you become an AA member you also get the benefits of various discounts of lots of services, one that I found good was 33% off your MOT, there are lots of other discounts to be had , details can be found on their website.
