I have to say so far i have been really impressed with the Toyota dealership i visited. I was, and still are, dead against buying from a main dealer as i feel the prices are well over the top.

I bought my car privately but a few months after purchasing i recieved a letter asking me to return the car to my local dealership to check something out (a tiny wire connecting the radio). I rang the dealership and they got me in straight away when i wanted (sat morning).

When i entered the showroom i was taken to the service department by a really helpful lady. They took my keys and told me it shouldnt take more than around 40 mins. They had tea and coffee facilities in the waiting room and also a tv and magazines, newspapers etc. There was also a viewing window which i thought was a great touch - i could see exactly what they were doing to my car!

Once they had finish they called me over and to my surprise they had put £15 of petrol in and cleaned my car! Not bad for a free factory recall! Overall i was really impressed with the service i recieved and would happily return.
