Disadvantages: sloppiness of delivery

I can't believe the lack of respect White Arrow has for some of it customers.
Every month I receive should receive a parcel on approximately the 20th, but can be waiting up to two weeks extra for delivery.
This month I did find quite amusing I admit, I found the delivery note for my parcel through my letterbox, but no parcel.
The slip read 'We have left a parcel......IN THE BUSH' (?!?!), the bush being in the front garden, near a main road where anyone may have seen it. Luckily it hadn't been raining heavily but the carboard packaging was slightly soggy. The parcel had been small enough to fit through the letterbox which was what annoyed me most for it contained paperwork which could have easily been damagaed.
My friend had exactly the same problem, same day and what a surprise, same delivery company.
A parcel for her had been left in the trees outside her flat even though the delivery note said it been left outside her front door, consiquently the parcel was stolen and she now has to wait goodness knows how long for another parcel to be put together and sent out.

Both parcels could have been easily left with a neighbour and we are appalled with the fact the delivery driver must have been too 'lazy' to think of this and be on their way.

Summary:
