Boycott companies that use them!! - Advantages: shouting at cust. serv. good stress reliever, else absolutely none - Disadvantages: hopeless service, hopeless personnel, hopeless!

The worst parcel delivery service i have ever had the misfortune to use. - Advantages: None in using this company again - Disadvantages: Poor Customer Service, Upto 3 Day Re-delivery, No Contact with the Driver

Must listen to customer complaints/comments and act upon them in order to improve. - Advantages: Excels in poor service, Parcels left on doorstep to be damaged by the elements - Disadvantages: Does not anticipate people out working when delivering, great difficulty in tracking down depot contact phone numbers

A very basic delivery service, no corners un-cut. You might be lucky, but so much hassle if yr not. - Advantages: Presumably must be cheap for the sender - Disadvantages: Unable to deliver on a specific day, Customer support has no actual knowledge of the current status of any parcel, In my experience, much slower than all others!
