vickitoria10 First Group Buses: ... my Husband got a new job and therefore I lost my lift to work, his new work was in completely the opposite direction to where I work. So, until we had the funds to buy a little run around for me I had to get the bus. On the face of it the bus service from my house isn t too bad on paper - buses at 0708, 0718, 0734, 0739 in a morning and 1559, 1614, 1624, 1644 etc in the afternoon. Also the bus takes exactly th...

stuntpilotx First Great Western
... have travelled on First Great Western Trains many, many times over the last six years, and now use them once a month to get from Bristol to London Paddington. I generally travel on weekends, usually leaving Bristol on a Friday afternoon and returning on Sunday evening. The First Great Western train network is ever-growing and now traverses the entire south-west, and far beyond. Overall, I find that First Great Western trains are punctual, reliable and arrive at their destination on time. However, this mostly only applies to their major route services. Those which pass through small stations tend to be out of date trains that don t have enough carriages and always seem...

missHelen First Great Western
... am a commuter who does the Reading to Paddington route Monday - Thursday before 8am and after 6pm and am sadly tied to using the ever infuriating First Great Western service. Although they claim to be on time for 95% of their journeys, sadly not one of these includes my trains. I am very rarely at Paddington for 8:08, nor does my train reach Reading on time either. This wouldn t ordinarily matter, I like most people can handle a 2-10 minute delay, however it s the lack of customer service response when their constant delays are pointed out to them which is infuriating. They do not admit they are unable to run a commuter route - if you complain you will receive a stand...

hstokoe44395 Arriva
... is a well known bus company up and down the country. They operate in cities as well as towns and also villages. The company also operates in the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Spain. So, I decided to review the Arriva buses because I catch one every morning and feel I have a lot to say about them. I have been catching these buses since I was about ten years old, so here goes. Arriva Buses in general... Arriva buses are usually green in Stafford, I am not sure about anywhere else. Depending on which bus you get on, some may have nice interior whilst others may be a little old. If I was a bus driver or cleaner, I would find it hard to keep up with all of the pass...
