never hire a car from Alamo, we went to Florida on a fly drive, when we got to the alamo desk their employee told me they didnt have the vehicle we ordered with fuel, so we would have to take the next size up, this lie from their employee cost us an additional $2779.77. when i rang to complain when i got my credit card bill their costomer relations person told me the employee couldnt have told me that because all their hire cars come with a full tank of fuel, if that had of been the case we wouldnt have needed to upgrade so be very careful, they will tell you anything to get you to upgrade then charge you an extorsanate amout, their employee behind the desk told us bare faced lies so this company is not to be trusted under any circumstances, please be warned and take your business to another car hire company
