Anek Lines (Greece)

Anek lines is probably the worst ferry company I used when I was in Greece. It was expensive, their website didn't display the prices and the staff were disgraceful. When we went to get our tickets from Athens (Piraeus) to Santorini, it took us one entire hour to get the information we needed and that was using a Greek friend of ours to scour the internet and phones for info. This problem however is not unique to Anek Lines - the entire Greek ferry industry seems to be a mess.
