Advantages: I suppose you get to where you want to go

I can only comment on the arriva services in the Loughborough area where the primary service is the 127. I often have to use this route for getting from home to both friends houses and to school earlier in the year and my experiences were nothing but rubbish. The prices have risen a ridiculous amount. It costs me 2 pounds to get from my house to Loughborough, a journey that takes around 7-8 minutes to the centre of the town. For that the only plus point is that i get to flick through the metro paper, that is where the positives end. The buses are dirty and smelly and the drivers are so unhelpful, it is almost as if it is a real chore for them stopping to take your money from you. . . Luckily for me driving is now an option but worryingly with the petrol prices i might have to keep using this shoddy service.

Summary: The best of a bad lot sadly for Loughborough residents
