Disadvantages: Arrogant Bus drivers

Arriva is a very important aspect of travelling for me; I depend on their bus services.

In terms of prices, they have put their prices up a LOT in the last couple of years, but despite this are still at quite a reasonable price.

In terms of time keeping Arriva is very good, and it is rare for a bus to turn up considerably late, and so is surprisingly quite a reliable form of transport.

One issue I have with Arriva and have always had is the bus drivers; the vast majority of them are very arrogant, particularly with young people! I have had many experiences of having had my day ticket confiscated when they claim it's invalid when I bought it on the same day!!

The quality of the busses vary depending on which service you get, if you get a bus which is popular, you will find yourself riding in a very high quality bus which is spacious and comfortable, along with a disability ramp and a bus that is suitable for buggies. However, if you choose a less popular bus, you're likely to find yourself on a small, damp, noisy bus which you wonder how on earth it was ever allowed to be on the road.

In general, good pricing, varying busses and evil drivers.
