Condor Ferries takes advantage of the fact they are the only company going to the island. I presented a complaint to the email I was given and they never even answered back! I think it is lack of respect! On the website it says that the boat departs at 14h 30m and when we arrive at 14h we were told we couldn't get on boat that late. The ridiculous part of it, is that 10 minutes before, they had called us and we told where we were and the woman said "so you will be on time!" And then they don't let us go, knowing that there are no boats until 5am!! We didn't have car or bikes and not big luggage, just the two of us. It was mean. She actually told us there was nothing she could do because the boat had left. Half an hour earlier!!!! But life is ironic and after a week, in our return, they departed 15 minutes after the hour!!! To all my friends I tell to go to the islands, it's great, but by PLANE!!!!
